Wedding Video Showreel
Watch our wedding video showreel, which is a collection of highlights from weddings filmed across the North West. It gives you an idea of my style of filming. For the full wedding video site visit GOSH! Weddings
Askham Hall, Cumbria
Abbey & Michael were married at Askham Hall in the Lake District, near Penrith. Their ceremony took place at a little church that was reached through a secret doorway at the bottom of the garden. Askham Hall is a beautiful stately home turned hotel with pristine gardens. The reception venue is a converted barn, which looks stunning with all the fairy lights hung from the beams. Brilliant venue to film a wedding video!
Thornton Manor, Wirral
Katie & Michael’s wedding video highlights were hard to edit, as there was so many lovely shots to choose from at Thornton Manor. The venue provides so many places both indoors and out for video and photographs
30 James Street, Liverpool
Ashleigh and Kevin had their wedding day at 30 James Street, the old White Star Line Building & home of the Titanic. They wanted a wedding videographer that captured the day naturally. There were plenty of places to film great shots in the building.
Wrenbury Hall, Cheshire
The church in the centre of Nantwich is steeped in history and it was were Sarah & Rob decided to get married. Their two children had been christened there so it was special to them. After the ceremony everyone headed over to the venue, Wrenbury Hall, which is a stunning building. It was such a hot day so all the guests enjoyed the sunshine on the lawn. The building provided the perfect backdrop for photos and video.
West Tower, Ormskirk, Lancashire
West Tower is such a gorgeous venue. I love filming the group shots on the stairs that lead up to the house. There are so many places to get great wedding video footage of the couple in the grounds. Laura and Oliver had their wedding ceremony at West Tower, which looked amazing. Rose petals and candles lined the aisle so it was very atmospheric.
Linacre Methodist & Bootle Cricket Club
The Linacre Methodist Church is such an atmospheric building with its steeped seating and towering altar. There was a gospel choir singing at Hannah and Shaun’s wedding and Hannah even sang herself before walking down the aisle. It was a lovely surprise for all of the guests.
Pinewood on Wilmslow Hotel, Manchester
I started filming early at Rebecca and Matthew’s wedding to capture the bridal prep. Some brides like to have this filmed so that they can look back on all the hair and make-up and nerves before the ceremony. It’s also nice to film the wedding details such as the dress, shoes, veil and any gifts that are being exchanged.
Mitton Hall, Clitheroe, Lancashire
Mitton Hall was the chosen venue for Lucy & Matt’s September wedding. It was such a rainy day but it didn’t matter, as the light poured in through the conservatory windows during the ceremony and it brightened up later on in the day for the photos and video. Mitton Hall has so many places to capture some lovely shots. In front of the building is good for group shots and the gardens are perfect for couples shots. I also couldn’t resist editing together a very short teaser trailer video for the Mitton Hall wedding. It means that it can be shared on Instagram if the couple are happy with that. Take a look at the video below.
